Mr. Winter received an MBA from the University of Richmond and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management. Mr. Winter has served as an HR executive in a variety of business settings and has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources practitioner. Ron Orth obtained a nursing degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1985 and a B. A. in Health Care Administration from Concordia University in 1996. Mr. Orth possesses over 30 years of nursing experience with over 20 of those in the Skilled Nursing industry. Mr. Orth has extensive experience in teaching Medicare regulations to healthcare providers both in the US and internationally.
