ANCOR Certificate of Achievement - Community Inclusion Specialist

This training plan is for the professional who has been identified as a Community Inclusion Specialist within an I/DD organization. This content will prepare the learner to support individuals to be active members of their communities. Content includes choice making, building relationships and community membership, person centered planning, self advocacy and quality of life. This training plan was developed in collaboration with ANCOR, the American Network of Community Options and Resources, a national, nonprofit trade association representing more than 1600 community providers of services to people with disabilities.
